By accessing or using the PitchSide platform, web applications, or mobile applications (iOS and Android), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
PitchSide facilitates the booking and coordination of physical sports events, including pickup soccer games, tournaments, leagues, facility rentals, and referee officiating.
YOUR USE OF THIS REAL TIME ROUTE GUIDANCE APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. LOCATION DATA MAY NOT BE ACCURATE.
PitchSide provides location mapping and facility directions for convenience only. Users are solely responsible for verifying route safety, driving conditions, and municipal navigation rules.
Soccer and physical athletics carry inherent risks of injury. Participation in any PitchSide game requires acceptance of our digital Athletic Participation Waiver. Players are responsible for ensuring their personal medical fitness prior to kickoff.
PitchSide maintains zero tolerance for violence, discriminatory harassment, unsportsmanlike hostility toward match officials or organizers, and fraudulent chargeback abuse. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of platform access.
Hosts authorized to publish, schedule, or manage games and tournaments on PitchSide must process 100% of player registrations and event fees directly through PitchSide via Stripe Connect.
Strict Prohibition Against Off-Platform Payment Collection
Collecting fees or payments outside the platform (including cash on the pitch, Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, PayPal, or any third-party transaction method) while utilizing PitchSide match coordination, game creation, roster management, or communication features is strictly prohibited. Engaging in off-platform fee collection will result in immediate and permanent revocation of host privileges, forfeiture of pending earnings, and immediate platform expulsion.
Hosts are responsible for standard Stripe merchant processing fees (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) and applicable platform service fees, which are transparently calculated and deducted at the time of player registration. Net payouts are deposited directly to the host's verified bank account via Stripe Connect.
